Who we are

Owner Claim Group helps owners locate and claim unclaimed property held by state agencies. We are a private company, not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any state unclaimed property program.

Your choice

You do not need us to recover your property. Every state has its own process, and owners can file a claim directly with the state at no cost. Using our service is optional, and nothing is owed unless the state pays the claim.

Our services and fees

We provide services only under a separate written agreement signed by the owner. That agreement describes the property, its value, the state holding it and our fee. Fees are contingent on recovery, payable only after the owner is paid, and never exceed the limit set by the applicable state's law. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

No guarantee

Each state decides whether a claim is approved and how long review takes. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be paid or when.
