• Information needed to file a claim for you, such as business filings, tax identification numbers, W-9 forms, IDs of authorized signers and records linking you to the property.
• Public records we use to find property, including state unclaimed property listings and public business filings.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. The contact form opens your own email app; nothing you type is stored on this website.

How we use it

Only to contact you about property that may belong to you, to prepare and file your claim, to communicate with the state agency handling it, and to keep the records the law requires.

Sharing

We share your information only with the state agency processing your claim, with service providers who help us operate (such as email hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Security and retention

We protect documents with access controls and keep them only as long as needed to complete your claim and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing info@ownerclaimgroup.com. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
