No fee unless you are paid
We only get paid when you do. Our fee is a share of what the state actually pays you, agreed in writing before we start.
Agreed in writing
The agreement names the property, the amount and our fee before any work on the claim begins.
Only after you're paid
The state pays you directly. If the claim isn't paid, you owe us nothing.
Never above your state's limit
Each state sets the most a recovery company may charge. Our fee is set in your agreement and is never higher than that limit. These are the legal maximums in the states we serve:

Limits are set by each state's unclaimed property law and can change. Your agreement always shows your exact fee.
